Below are the steps to completing your profile for Intended Parents.

1. Hit the reply button. 

2. Choose the relpy annoymously

3. Hit the record button

4. Record a 2 minute video answering the following questions

   a. Why you decided to become a donor

   b. Something interesting about you.

   PLEASE DO NOT SAY YOUR NAME.

5. When done hit the stop button.

    Hit play to review your video. 

    If you're satisfied with the video, then

6. Hit the send button. 

 

Once we receive the video we will add it to your online profile.
